Puncture Vine, Bull Thorn
Tribulus terrestris
Non-native, invasive, a nuisance weed because the fruits can puncture skin, hide, and rubber.
Difficult to eradicate, much agricultural land was abandoned.
Two species of weevils were introduced to eat the plants.
