Mexican Paloverde
Parkinsonia acculeata
We tend to overlook sometimes that trees can have beautiful flowers.
I've had this tree for about 8 years. It starts blooming in late spring
and drops its last flowers in early fall. The drooping leaflets
add an attractive background for the flowers.
